Visited Perth for sales trip. Four points of Sheraton is a hotel that is very conveniently located less than 10 mins Uber to my agents office. 1 bus stop away from Yagan Sq and The New ECU city campus. Just beside the freeway , easily access to Joondalup and south of Perth. For a weekday it’s vibrant and many eateries and cafes nearby. Room is decent. Just a bit tired but make up by the good services from the staffs. I actually happen to stand at the front of house and observe the FO team whom are very well trained. From the younger staffs and more senior staffs . They are very professional. Pankas a Nepalese was all around the places helping and assisting guests in the hotel. F&B - daily breakfast buffet . The way they presented the buffet items are neat and tidy and easy to access to what I like to have . Comparing to Parkroyal Darling Harbour Sydney , which visited prior to Perth , was messy. The whole buffet line shows no passion from the F&B team . In the other hand, Four points by Sheraton make efforts to even include miso soup noodle and serves decent fried rice but please includes wooden chopstick. I can see almost all the Asian there looking for chopsticks. I hosted a dinner for my customers in The Best Brew Bistro. My agents totally loved and enjoyed the food. Well done Four Points by Sheraton . I will recommend to my friends and family for their next Perth trip.

Great Hotel - Perfect for families wanting to explore Perth

We decided to stay at this hotel as a family to visit Perth and we are very glad that we did!! We booked the family suite room which was absolutely perfect for our needs, spacious and semi-private so that you could relax in the evening whilst the children slept. Would recommend booking this room as a family. The highlight of this hotel though was the service and warm genuine welcome that we received on arrival. The Front Office team were so engaging - you could tell that they enjoy their job and working for the hotel. We encountered Sutish and James (apologies if not spelt correctly). Both great personalities and professionals who are an asset to the hotel. We had drinks in the bar in the evening and again welcoming friendly team greeted us and served our drinks. We had a room with breakfast included and the breakfast buffet had a great selection of food to choose from and we all enjoyed our breakfast. Location is great - easy access to the CBD, public transport with plenty of options for food in and around the area. Highly recommend and we will be back again!

This hotel was amazing!!!! i got stuck in perth for a week and my company put me up in this hotel while i was there. Jacqui, Julieta, James, Marinel, and Harsh are all A+ Employees were very friendly and helped me find things around the city to do and eat, their suggestions were amazing. the room was comfortable and the shower was my favorite!!! order quesadillas for room service, Im from texas and they were delicious. they do need to get sour cream though it would have topped it off. i will definitely come back to perth and for sure stay at 4 points. its in a good location and has wonderful food. the restaurant was terrific and their breakfast is the best buffet ive had in a while. thank you 4 points!!! glad i was stuck with yall
